“We have received a bill from ABC for a service done at our house on 12/20/22 for a pest control service. We called them 2 weeks ago and was told that the ABC's personnel named Luis claimed to have came to our house and spoke with someone in our household that spoke Spanish. We do not have a single person in our house that speaks Spanish nor understands the language. We were told they sprayed our exterior perimeters although we have a locked gate that would be need to be unlocked for entry. No signature was taken although the invoice states Signature Service. We were told in the initial call that a manager would contact us back in which never happened. We called again on 2/9/23 having to reexplain the situation and was told once more that a manager would call us back. We have terminated services with the company and would not recommend it to anyone. Update: I received a call from Clayton on the same day I wrote this review and a BBB compliant. He has sent us a voided invoice and we no longer being billed. Thanks Clayton.”
