  1. On the Request or Buy Service page, select the service you need to purchase and schedule from the “Choose a Service” drop-down menu. Currently, customers can request and pay for General Pest Services, Home Security, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Fertilization, and Pool & Spa Cleaning with our new system. The rest of our services require a thorough inspection to assess costs and/or damage.
  2. Next, you will be prompted to enter your address. We use a unique API provided by Zillow to incorporate your home’s square footage automatically into the service request. Depending on the services you are requesting, you may be automatically given a price at this time, or you may be given some pricing options to choose from. You will be shown exactly what you’re going to pay for.
  3. Select a date and time for the service to take place.
  4. Fill out the form with your information and how you prefer to be contacted.
  5. Pay for the services with your credit card or a Paypal account through Paypal’s secure processing.

Now, you can relax and wait for the service to take place.
