When you sign up for this service, you get two visits each year to perform diagnostic tests on your air conditioner and heater to make sure everything is working properly and to perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance. What happens when you come to give me an estimate for a new AC & heating system?
If you contact us for an estimate, one of our Comfort Advisors will take a look at your current system, ask you questions about which features and options you are looking for, learn more about your budget and determine how much you are currently spending to cool and heat your home.
When we develop an estimate, we take all of these factors into account, plus any opportunities to save money through local and federal rebates or incentives. We will also suggest other improvements to help your home be more energy efficient and to lower your utility bills, whether that means adding weatherization, insulation or taking other measures.
How do I know if I need a new system?
