Our History & Mission

ABC Home & Commercial Services has been protecting homes and businesses across Central Florida since 2006. As a family-owned company rooted in the belief that good service starts with good people, ABC Orlando has built its reputation one customer relationship at a time. Our team includes licensed pest control technicians, certified entomologists, and experienced commercial specialists — all background-checked, drug-tested, and committed to treating your property as if it were their own.

ABC Orlando team members

In Orlando, ABC specializes in residential and commercial pest control — from termites and mosquitoes to palmetto bugs, rodents, bed bugs, and wildlife. What sets us apart isn’t just the services we offer, but how we deliver them: through a data-driven Integrated Pest Management approach that addresses the root causes of pest activity, not just the symptoms.

“To grow our business to the next level, ownership and management must be committed to quality, however, you define it, and accept nothing less. “ – Raleigh Jenkins

What makes ABC unique? We’re family-owned, community-focused, and employee-driven. The quality of service our customers have come to expect is entirely due to the dedication of our employees.

Meet Raleigh

Raleigh Jenkins is the President and CEO of ABC Home & Commercial Services. A 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University and 1984 graduate of the University of Houston, Raleigh is a second-generation pest control operator — his father Bob Sr. purchased ABC as a one-truck company in San Antonio in 1965.

Raleigh Jenkins

Raleigh and his wife Kim opened the ABC Houston office in 1986, and after building a loyal customer base there over two decades, brought ABC to Orlando in 2006. In 2010, Raleigh served as President of the National Pest Management Association — the industry’s largest professional organization — a role that took him to Haiti following the country’s devastating earthquake and inspired him to found A Child’s Hope, a non-profit that takes in abandoned children and raises them in a loving family environment. Raleigh remains actively involved with A Child’s Hope today.

The Jenkins family’s commitment to giving back extends across both Houston and Orlando. ABC has partnered with Habitat for Humanity, Operation Finally Home, Northwest Assistance Ministries, the Kidney Foundation, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the American Heart Association, and St. Jude’s Hospital, among others.

Raleigh and Kim have three children — Tiffani, Dylan, and Vanessa — and five grandchildren. All three children have joined ABC as the third generation of the family business, alongside their spouses Benjamin, Cameo, and Michael.

“As a Christian, I believe we are called to give — and that means time and money. I want that for myself, my company, and my employees. We want to be part of the communities we serve.”
