Russel: So for Pest Control, we we do all different aspects of that. We do mosquito services, we do termite coverage, we do rodent exclusion work and rodent coverage.

Russell: We’ll take care of any of the crawling insects that you deal with, but we also do offer those services for commercial.

Russell: When it comes to a 401k program, I would say that we have one that’s very very generous because it’s based off the tenure, but we match a lot of your stuff throughout the entire progression

Russell: And when you’ve been here for about 10 years ABC is actually matching dollar for dollar, so every dollar you put into your 401k, ABC is also matching that for you.

Russell: So one of the things that when you’re a part of the ABC family that I believe is one of the, it’s kind of the magic here right.

Russell: What makes a neighbor what makes a family in, my opinion is breaking bread and having that moment of actually having that engagement.

Russel: And so we do things like the taco day is one of the things Taco meeting is one of the things that we’re very known for.

Russell: Where it’s around Christmas time where we like to make Dennis and I and a lot of our management staff, a lot of our leaders here get together and we make tacos for the entire ABC Family.

Russell: Those things are some of the most fun experiences that I’ve had here, some of my favorite days of work and it’s just to get back to the ABC family.

Russell: We encourage each group to have Team different outings so that way they can have those bonding moments.

Russell: Because if all you’re doing is grinding the stone and going through the work day every single day, it starts to wear on you and it is just just a job at that point.

Russell: but what makes it different is when you have those events you have those functions

Russell:where you can get together and we always have volunteer opportunities for any of our employees if they want to go the extra mile,

Russell: Go above and beyond or and we have connections with any of them if they want to bring their families into it
outside of ABC functions well we’ll give that opportunity to people.
