"As a 75 year old woman living alone in a 22 year old cedar house, there's always something to be repaired or maintained, and it has been my experience that it is challenging to find reliable and speedy workers. I had always used ChemPro, liking their green approach. Then, when I returned from a brief trip, I was chagrined to find that a mama squirrel had chewed through my vent and hose dryer on an upper floor and made herself quite a large nest inside my washer/dryer closet. I wasn't sure if there were baby squirrels there yet, but I knew this was going to take more than rodent control since I really needed repair work done, too.
That's when I remembered your TV ad which stressed that you had diversified from pest control to repair, remodeling, etc. What a pleasant surprise! ABC had someone at my house that same afternoon to take care of the damage. Kimberley was pleasant and really listened to my needs.
Over the years I've employed lots of repair persons and contractors but have never seen the likes of the gentleman you sent. Lazaro Andrade is efficient conscientious, personable, attentive to detail, loyal to your company, and obviously has a strong work ethic. He completed the work speedily and with professionalism. He listened as I showed him other work that needed to be done in the future, including some roof leaks that had happened with the last heavy rain. He asked when I wanted the roof repair done and I answered "when it's not raining".
This morning (the next day) I was called by Kimberley saying she had Lazaro available today if I wanted the roof leaks fixed. I told her how impressed I was by his work and the smooth operation of your company and that yes I did want the work done. I also told her I had planned to e-mail you all and commend Mr. Andrade.
He has been working on my very high roof all day in quite cold weather. I especially liked that when he first climbed up and diagnosed the problem, he brought me a picture taken on his cell phone of the area needing attention. I am certainly giving any future business to ABC and have already this morning recommended your company and Mr. Andrade to a friend.

We had a serious problem -- The roof/ceiling of the sunroom was pulling away from the house and threatening to collapse! We were saved when Lazaro Andrade came to do our repairs. The original construction was obviously at fault, but Lazaro had such a positive attitude, he figured out a solution and fixed it up much better than new.
