“I almost never leave Google Reviews, but I had such an amazing experience I can’t help but share. I’m a 23 year old girl. I came downstairs to see a huge cockroach this morning, and they terrify me! I hid myself in my office & left the roach downstairs. I called around & when I called ABC, 1) Mary spoke with me on the phone and was so kind and understanding. I told her I’m hiding in my office & I need someone to come today, Brandon showed up an hour later. 2) Brandon was incredible. Not only did he look & find my cockroach, he killed it for me. I tried to tip him cash, he would not take it. I would’ve NEVER signed up for the bimonthly pest control, but because of his kindness and patience with me, I told him to sign me up! 3) Mason comes by THAT DAY to spray. He walks me through the entire process of what he uses inside & what he uses outside, and explains it to me.
