What kind of landscaping services do you offer?

ABC Home & Commercial Services has been helping College Station area homeowners with their landscaping needs for years. For many homeowners in the area, creating a sustainable environment, as well as one that’s enjoyable and functional, is a main concern. After the free consult, you can just sit back and watch your new outdoor space take shape. Below is a list of some of the services we provide:

  • Choosing and placing new plants
  • New plant and flower bed construction
  • Tree and shrub addition
  • Compost & mulch
  • Hardscape, such as a flagstone patio, decorative concrete, or retaining walls. We can work with rocks, stones, gravel, etc.

If you’re looking for something not on this list, just ask – our landscaping professionals have years of experience.

How does the free consultation work?

If you are interested in starting a landscaping project for your property, give us a call! We’ll come out, view your property, listen to what you’re interested in, and provide you with an informed quote on the project. You don’t pay a dime for the consult, and you won’t pay a dime more than the quote!

What are the qualifications of your landscape designers?

Our landscape designers have a variety of qualifications and backgrounds such as horticulture, master gardening, landscape design, and landscape architecture. Our experts have years of experience and will put their talents to use to create a unique space just for your home.

How does the design process work?

Our experts will survey your property and work with you to come up with a design that fits your home. Upon approval, they will proceed to the implementation stage which will include the actual installation and landscaping.

After your property has been landscaped, we will devise a maintenance plan with you, which may include subsequent visits from our experts to keep your project fresh and vibrant and protect the investment you’ve made in improving your property.

In addition, we will strive to do everything to make your solution drought resistant to combat the hot dry summers in the Brazos Valley, including the use of sustainable plants and materials.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will be there when you need us to keep your property in top shape.

What about xeriscaping, low water usage landscaping, or stone and rock features?

Xeriscaping is a design process that uses low impact plants and elements of landscape design which are not as dependent on water or frequent maintenance. This approach to landscaping will save you money and help keep your properly sustainable and maintainable. We will use draught resistant shrubs and succulents, in combination with stone and rock features.

This will not only give your landscaping a localized aesthetic, but will be low maintenance as well.

I have a sprinkler system, can you make changes to it to accommodate the new landscaping?

Absolutely.  In fact, we specialize in that kind of sprinkler project.  While we don't install sprinkler systems from scratch, we have licensed sprinkler specialists that can make repairs and modifications to existing systems.

Additionally, in many areas, "spray" type sprinkler heads for beds are being replaced by drip-type systems.  Those systems are more efficient and less wasteful and are something ABC can explain and install for you.

Do you have financing available for large landscaping jobs?

Yes.  We work with Wells Fargo and can explain options for you on financing large landscaping projects through them.
