With our normal treatments, we usually recommend waiting an hour before hopping in the pool. This will give the chemicals an adequate amount of time to dissolve into the water. If we shock your pool or use a more intensive treatment, we may recommend waiting until chlorine levels drop to manufacturer-recommended levels. No matter what kind of treatment we provide for your pool, our technicians can answer any questions you may have about when you can starting swimming again.

For our monthly pool cleaning services, we charge a per-visit rate which includes adjusting your water balance to the standards set by the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. If we test your water and find a significant issue with your water’s chemical balance which may indicate a larger problem, we will notify you and provide you with recommended next steps. Upon your approval, we will move forward with the agreed-upon course of action that may result in an additional charge.
