We want to make sure our customers don’t experience any surprises and that our pricing is transparent and easy to understand.
What is the process, exactly?
Once you contact us by phone or online, we set up a time to come to your home to learn more about the problem you are experiencing so we have all the information we need to create a customized treatment plan. In some cases, we can provide you with an estimate over the phone.
If you have an in-person appointment, one of our highly-trained inspectors will meet you at your home to see first-hand the extent and severity of your infestation, give you an opportunity to ask us any questions you might have and confirm the insect or animal that you are dealing with, if needed.
After that visit, you’ll receive a free, no-obligation estimate with recommended next steps. After you approve the estimate, we can find a time that works best for you for the first service call.
ABC makes environmental stewardship a priority and aligns its methods and techniques with Integrated Pest Managment (IPM) principles which resort to chemical treatments after preventative measures have been exhausted.
When chemical interventions are necessary, ABC uses products formulated only for residential use in low concentrations. We train our technicians to apply only the minimum amount required directly to problem areas.
At any point, we are happy to address any concerns you may have about any products we plan to use at your home or answer any questions.
How long will my pest treatments last?
While we understand that potential customers would like to know up front how long their home will be treated, unfortunately, the answer is not always straightforward.
Since all pest problems are slightly different, in most cases we send an inspector to meet you at your home to get a first-hand look at your pest problem, determine the source and gather the needed information to get you a customized treatment plan with recommended next steps.
Based on the extent and severity of your infestation, you may need only a few visits or a longer treatment schedule. In many cases, due to seasonality, weather, pest behavior and factors unique to your property, we may recommend coming back to conduct monitoring to make sure your pest problem is a think of the past.
