During our first meeting, our pool specialists will examine your pool, ask you questions about your needs and determine your budget to come up with a cleaning schedule that works best for you.

In order to maintain a healthy chemical balance, we recommend testing your pool’s pH, alkalinity and chlorine levels at least once a week.
How long do I have to wait to use my pool after chemical treatments?
For our regularly scheduled treatments, you normally only have to wait about an hour in order to let your pool chemicals dissolve into the water. However, for bigger treatments, such as if we shock your pool, you may need to wait an extended period of time before taking a dip. Your specialist will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the work we have done and when you can enjoy your pool again after a service call.

What chemicals do you use and what impact do they have on my pets and children?
As a family-run business, our top priority is your family. That is why we only use chemicals that have been recommended by the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals and industry and manufacturer-recommended levels and concentrations. If you have any questions or concerns about the products we use, your technician would be happy to address them.
