At the end of our inspection, we will provide you with an estimate for services. When we receive your approval, we will schedule your first appointment. Most of the time, we can get you on our schedule within the next 3 to 4 business days.
During our regularly scheduled follow up calls, we will treat typical outdoor hiding spots for pests, as well as potential entry points. For example, we commonly apply treatment solutions in and around wall voids, weep holes, electric lines and air conditioning lines. We will also examine your property for any potential contributing factors that can explain why your home or yard has become attractive to crawling pests, such as ants and cockroaches. To prevent a future infestation, we may recommend making minor modifications to your environment.
Our customers who take advantage of our ongoing pest management plan benefit from regularly scheduled treatment calls to prevent the return of pests, since most activity is cyclical in nature. During these calls, your licensed pest control specialist will replenish any needed products, apply preventative treatments wherever needed and check for any new pest activity.

How often will you service my property?
As each pest problem is unique, every treatment plan is distinct. While we understand that most homeowners would like to hear that their pest problem will be resolved in just one or two visits, we will likely have to come to perform multiple treatments to confirm we’ve fully addressed your pest problem. When we create your treatment plan, we will consider the type or types pest on your property, the extent of the problem, the season in which you are having issues and any other factors that may make your situation unique.
Since many pests have seasonal life cycles, we may recommend ongoing treatments. At these calls, we apply preventative treatments and take note of any pest activity so we stop a potential pest problem before it turns into a full-blown infestation.
What if I still see pests after a treatment?
After receiving your initial service call, it is possible that you will see some pest activity around your property. This is because we have made pest breeding and resting areas inhospitable and these unwelcome guests are now forced to search for a new place to live. What these insects and critters don’t know is that they will usually be bringing a treatment solution with them wherever they decide to live next. Eventually, this will lead to the reduction of pest populations until you no longer have a problem.
Any pest activity 7 to 10 days after your initial treatment is considered normal. If you’re still noticing an uptick in pests anywhere from 7 to 30 days after your initial treatment, reach out to us. We would be happy to send a technician back to your home, at no additional cost to you.
