We understand that once you see signs of a pest infestation, you want to get it handled—quickly. Once you contact us, we’ll send an inspector out to your property at the earliest opportunity to learn more about your problem and gather the needed information to deliver an estimate for recommended next steps.
During this initial visit, the inspector will look for signs of damage, identify the pest which is causing your problem (if needed), determine how pests are making their way into your home or yard and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. Once you have had a chance to review and approve the estimate, we can schedule the first service call to begin treatments.
After you’ve taken the time you need to review and approve your estimate, we can schedule the first service call. Under normal circumstances, your first appointment will take place in within three or four business days of your approval. We work with you to find a time that is convenient for you for us to service your home.
Since every plan is different, the frequency and length of your treatments will depend upon what type of pests you have been seeing, what the extent of your problem is and any other factors which may be particular to your situation. Sometimes, our technicians recommend seasonal return visits to keep your home pest-free.
