“Earlier this year, we hired ABC Home... to replace our backyard lawn. The installation of the turf was great; as we expect from past experiences with ABC. I'm giving a rating of 4 (of I could give 4.5, I would) for two reasons. First, we were provided a 90 day warranty. I know we could have called if we had issues. However, I feel the sales representative or job foreman should have contacted us before the warranty expired just to see how the new lawn is faring. Frankly, we have only one issue. Which is the second(and primary) reason for the 4 rating. The sales representative knew we have 2 dogs when he was helping us decide what type of grass we should install. Unfortunately, he did not warn us that the grass we chose is highly sensitive to dog urine. Had we known, we may have chosen a different type of grass.”
