However, I feel the sales representative or job foreman should have contacted us before the warranty expired just to see how the new lawn is faring. Frankly, we have only one issue. Which is the second(and primary) reason for the 4 rating. The sales representative knew we have 2 dogs when he was helping us decide what type of grass we should install. Unfortunately, he did not warn us that the grass we chose is highly sensitive to dog urine. Had we known, we may have chosen a different type of grass.”

Another company told us we'd need to replace it b/c they could not find a broken part and quoted a discounted price of $8000. ABC sent a technician who found the broken part, replaced it, and our heater has been working perfectly again. Total cost: about $250. Thank you for sending an honest and very competent HVAC technician ABC. We also use ABC for regular pest control (past 10 or more years) and electrical work.
