STEP 1: Wireless sensors are placed underground to measure your soil's moisture and temperature—up to 6 times an hour, 24 hours a day. Your lawn can effectively tell you how much water it needs and when it needs it.

STEP 2: These sensors wirelessly transmit data to an UgMO base station that interfaces with your existing irrigation clock. Acting as the "brains" of your irrigation system, the base station determines when your grass and/or plantings have reached their optimum moisture level and stops the sprinkler from over-watering.
